Stress will always be a part of life, so figuring out how to deal with it early can really be beneficial for you in the future. Maybe you find running and exercise as a useful way to destress or perhaps you find painting therapeutic. Learn how to tell when you are getting stressed and take preventative action so that you can get a handle on it.
Consider exploring opportunities to work. It will help tremendously to have some early job experience after you graduate high school. If you can gain some employment you can have some extra money and also it’ll help you get more jobs in the future.
